Sleeping for 5 persons only. Two bedrooms- One bedroom with double bed and a single bed and the 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds.

Facilities
Entry is into the main bedroom or via the french doors at the front of the unit. The living dining & kitchen is compact, the kitchen with hot plates on the bench and an under bench oven. There is a small fridge only and a microwave. The dining/living area has table and chairs, a settee and a small TV. The shower, vanity and washing machine are all in together with a separate toilet. The French doors in the dining/living area open onto a flat patio which extends onto a small lawn. Room to park a smaller boat or Jet Ski.
