The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher & fridge/freezer plus table and 4 chairs for dining. A TV & DVD in the living area with 2 couches. Large glass doors lead out to the spacious patio with 2 outdoor couches & cushions, a table & chairs plus BBQ.

There is a washing machine available shared with the downstairs apartment.

A secure lockup garage for 1 car goes with Apartment 8A.
