Property Description & Situation
The home is situated on Rowling Road in Little Kaiteriteri. It is on the hill in between Kaiteriteri and Little Kaiteriteri.
To Beach
A walk of about 5 minutes will take you to Little Kaiteriteri Beach and similar to Kaiteriteri beach.
Sleeping
Sleeping for 6 persons. There are three bedrooms, 2 Queen Beds and the third having 2 single beds.
Linen
Sheets, pillow cases and bathroom linen is not supplied. There is a hire service available for these if needed.
Facilities
The home has been re-designed and modernized and has a large comfortable open plan living/dining area. There is a TV and DVD player. A modern kitchen with hobs on the bench, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Off the kitchen is the laundry with auto washer & tub. The master bedroom with ensuite is at one end of the home and the other two bedrooms at the other end with another bathroom and toilet. A deck runs along the front of the home (facing seaward) and extends at one end over the double garage.
Limited Parking.
There is outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ for your use.
