5 minutes walk to Breaker Bay, a few more minutes to main Kaiteriteri beach.

4 bedrooms; 1 super king bed, 1 Queen Bed room, 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds with the 4th bedroom having 4 single beds. A sofa bed is also in another room which can be closed off. 3 bathrooms; one being an ensuite off the master King Bedroom.

Linen

Linen is not provided; a hire service is available with prior notice.

Facilities

Spacious living and dining area with fold out doors opening onto the decking which extends all the way along the front and around both sides of the house. The lounge area has several comfortable couches and a TV. The galley style kitchen has a large bench work place, 2 ovens, 2 fridge/freezers, dishwasher & microwave. Outdoor furniture plus hooded BBQ. The laundry is in a cupboard and has washer & dryer plus clothesline.

Garage parking for the boat.
