“Hunters Moon” in Prime position above Kaiteriteri Beach, is at the end of Rowling Heights road and has a private pathway which take you down to the beach in just a couple of minutes. The home lies perfectly to the sun and has amazing views over the beach to Little Kaiteriteri and to Nelson. There is a garden area and a swimming pool. The home is on one level with open plan kitchen/dining area that opens out onto the terrace. The kitchen has wall oven, bench hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The lounge also opens out onto the front terrace and has TV, video and music centre. The master bedroom with access onto the deck also has an ensuite with spa bath with shower over. The 2nd bedroom overlooks the beach and shares the bathroom with the small third bedroom. A heat pump is in the hall way. A swimming pool & gazebo is fenced from the lawn area. The pool is shared with the unit behind if rented separately. There is a terraced area which overlooks the pool with outdoor table & chairs plus a BBQ. Parking is limited to 2 cars. Not suitable for a boat park.
