Mia Casa is a good size unit for a couple or by using the settee can be for 2 couples or a small family. Great views and an easy walk to the beach, with the added bonus of the shared swimming pool & lawn area. Outdoor furniture and BBQ supplied.

“Mia Casa” is a Prime location directly above the Beach at the end of Rowling Heights Rd. This unit is situated just behind the main house “Hunters Moon” with views over the swimming pool and out to the Bay. A lovely sunny part of this Mediterranean style complex. Self-contained fully furnished one bedroom unit. Upstairs is the lounge with TV and fantastic views out over the pool and into the Bay plus a small deck with table and chairs. The bedroom with king size bed and bathroom are also on this level. The settee in lounge opens to a double size bed, suitable for 2. Duvets and pillows are all supplied, Linen is available for hire. Downstairs is a full kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. The dining area is spacious and leads out to a small patio which faces to the west overlooking the camp ground. A Heat pump is upstairs plus electric panels in remaining rooms. The swimming pool is available for use December through to April and is shared with the main house. There is a washing machine under the cupboard in the kitchen and a clothes line outside. This home can be used in conjunction with the main home Hunters Moon or is available for rental by its self.
