This sheltered holiday home is in prime location at Stephens Bay with only a short distance to the beach. Ideal for larger families and has a good sized front lawn for children’s play. The decks offer both a great view from the front and the back deck late afternoon sun perfect for evening dining.

Cooks Crescent is directly behind Stephens Bay beach which is only 1.5 ks before entering Kaiteriteri. The home is just above a walking track which takes you to both Kaiteriteri beaches. An older style but comfortable holiday Bach. The living area is cosy with couches, chairs & small wall TV. The kitchen is equipped with a small bench oven plus ceramic hot plates, a microwave, dishwasher and fridge. There is a freezer and spare fridge in the garage downstairs. A small dining table and chairs inside plus outdoor table and chairs on both the front deck and back deck, a BBQ at the back. One bathroom is upstairs, has a shower and bath with separate toilet and downstairs a bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. The laundry with washer and tub is downstairs and there is a clothesline on the front lawn.
