This is one of the first original homes in the Kaiteriteri beach area. The large lawn is suitable for children’s play and also has ample room to park cars, boats and jet skis. Looking out from the kitchen window is a partially covered paved area with outdoor furniture and a Gas BBQ. The entrance to the home is via a carport which is ideal should the weather be unkind as there are table & chairs in this sheltered area. On entering the home you are in the kitchen which has a stove, fridge/freezer and microwave. The lounge has a TV with large comfortable sofa & chairs. There is a log burner in the lounge. Three bedrooms; One has a Super king size bed, one a double and a single and a sunroom with a set of bunks and a single bed which is via the King bedroom. There is a cottage on the property which has 2 bedrooms, sleeping a further 4 people and can be rented at an extra cost. Off from the hall way is a bathroom with bath and toilet with a shower in the laundry plus another toilet out by the laundry.
