Easy access to the Beach or Kaiteriteri 3-5 minutes’ walk.

2 level home with the top level only being used for holiday rentals directly above Breaker Bay (beach at northern end of Kaiteriteri). This small beach is a little gem and a favourite with regulars. There is car parking on a car deck above the Home with steps leading down to its entrance. There is a splendid view into the beach below and to the north/east a dramatic view to the open sea. The lounge dining & kitchen are an excellent vantage point for the superb view. There is a private sunny deck off the lounge with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/ freezer, microwave, bench hobs, wall oven, dishwasher and small chest freezer in the pantry. In the lounge there is a TV. There are 2 bedrooms; 1 Queen Bed room and the other with 2 single beds. The bathroom has a shower and there is a separate toilet. The laundry is downstairs with automatic washer.
