This home is in Rowling Rd at the beach end of Little Kaiteriteri, opposite the reserve. The home is in a block of 4 similar homes but each is private and very close to the beach.

Sleeps up to 12: 4 bedrooms, 2 Queen beds upstairs - master bedroom with ensuite plus bedroom & a large bathroom. Downstairs is a Queen bed in one room with a single bed and a large bedroom with 2 single beds and a double bunk bed with single on top. Bathroom and separate toilet downstairs.

Linen

Linen is supplied by the tenant. Linen hire service available if required.

Facilities

A modern home and is well appointed with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher in the easy workable kitchen with large pantry. The living area has a flat screen TV with SKY - comfortable couches plus a stereo. Glass bi fold doors open onto the spacious top deck allowing for an indoor /outdoor flow all day through to evening dining. Also a sheltered private patio opens out bi fold doors from the kitchen. Outdoor furniture on both deck areas plus a BBQ.

The laundry is near the front entrance hall and ideally situated as you can also enter from the spacious 2 car garage.
