‘Wickwood’ is a Lockwood Design home on Kotare Place situated 300 metres from Little Kaiteriteri Beach.

To Beach

A walk of 3-4 minutes.

Sleeping

Designed to sleep 6 (2 Queen & 2 singles) but does have a spare bed for one additional.

2 Queen & 2 singles are serviced with 2 bathrooms and separate toilet, (an ensuite off the master bedroom). A spare single bed is in hallway area.

Linen

Duvets and Pillows supplied, please bring your own linen, a hire service is available with prior arrangement.

Facilities

Open plan kitchen/dining/living with an extra lounge area with work desk, books & puzzles. In the living room is a large smart TV, full Internet is available. Doors open from living & dining area onto a sunny deck which is supplied with a range of outdoor furniture plus BBQ.

The kitchen has fridge/freezer, dishwasher & full oven plus a coffee espresso machine.

There are heat pumps and ceiling fans, extras for little children are high chair and cot.

There is a separate laundry with washer, drier & clothesline.
