Property Description & Situation

Apartment 10, Abel Tasman Apartments, 26 Kotare Place, Little Kaiteriteri. The Apartment is on the first floor of the upper block. Shared swimming pool, spa & sauna in the Apartment Complex.

To Beach

A walk of a few minutes to Little Kaiteriteri.

Sleeping

Sleeping for 6 persons only. There are three bedrooms; two rooms have queen beds and the third two singles.

Linen

Sheets, pillow cases and bathroom linen is not supplied. There is hire service available with prior arrangement.

Facilities

Up one flight of stairs from the double garage and enter into an open plan, kitchen/dining/living area. The kitchen has fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. In the living area there is a TV and DVD player & WIFI. Doors open onto a deck with views to the sea with a table and chairs and gas BBQ on the deck.

The master bedroom has an ensuite and a walk in wardrobe. There is a second bathroom with shower over the bath and another toilet. The separate laundry has both washer and dryer and a clothes airer. There is parking for 2 cars with room for bikes & kayaks.
