Property Description & Situation
Cooks Crescent is directly behind Stephens Bay beach which is only 1.5 ks before entering Kaiteriteri. The home is just above a walking track which takes you to both Kaiteriteri beaches.
To Beach
Only 1 minute walk via a track from the front lawn, Stephens Bay is a very sheltered beach especially from the Northerly.
Sleeping
Sleeps 8 persons, 4 bed rooms; 2 Queen bedroom’s upstairs and plus downstairs a bedroom with 2 single beds, the fourth with a single bed and a roller bed.
Linen
Linen is not supplied but a hire service available with prior notice.
Facilities
An older style but comfortable holiday Bach. The living area is cosy with couches, chairs & small wall TV. The kitchen is equipped with a small bench oven plus ceramic hot plates, a microwave, dishwasher and fridge. There is a freezer and spare fridge in the garage downstairs. A small dining table and chairs inside plus outdoor table and chairs on both the front deck and back deck, a BBQ at the back. One bathroom is upstairs, has a shower and bath with separate toilet and downstairs a bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. The laundry with washer and tub is downstairs and there is a clothesline on the front lawn.
