Property Description & Situation
Located on the hills just before entering the Kaiteriteri beach area. Access to this home is off a roadway from Riwaka-Kaiteri Rd or can be easier via Rowling Rd (road to Little Kaiteriteri beach). This is an elevated home tucked into the hillside with extensive views taking in Little Kaiteriteri beach on the right to the Estuary by Martin farm Rd on the left.
To Beach
A walk of 5 minutes to Little Kaiteriteri and similar to main Kaiteriteri.
Sleeping
Sleeping is for up to 8 persons. 4 bedrooms, 1 Queen Bed, 2 singles and a single with roller bed in the 3rd bedroom. Separate bathroom & toilet upstairs. Downstairs is a double bed and small bathroom .Duvets, blankets & pillows all supplied but bring your own linen.

The home is on two levels with main living/sleeping area on the top level, plus 1 bedroom downstairs. Entry is via the back door into a compact kitchen and then through to the dining & living room. The kitchen has an oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. Washing machine is in the kitchen and clothes line at back of Bach. The dining and living area is comfortable with a radio and CD player. (NO TV) The good size deck along the front has outdoor furniture, BBQ & plus umbrella.
