Home 4 or “Blue Heaven” is off Rowling Road near the top of the hill overlooking Little Kaiteriteri Bay. View also to the north towards the islands and across to Nelson and the Ranges.

To Beach

5-7 minute walk to Little Kaiteriteri and 10 min to main Kaiteriteri. 1-2 min drive to either beach.

Sleeping

Sleeps 16, Upstairs 3 Queen Bedrooms and 2 bunkrooms sleeping 8 and downstairs are 2 Queen Beds. External stairway. 3 bathrooms, all with showers, vanities and toilets upstairs.

Linen

Linen is not supplied but hire service available.

Modernized holiday home. Kitchen,dining & living open plan with kitchen having full oven and ceramic hob plus dishwasher & fridge/freezer. Full quota of crockery and cutlery etc. Living area cosy with plenty of deck area and outdoor furniture. Heat pump/airconditioner in living area and heaters in bunk rooms. Separate laundry & outdoor shower & BBQ.

Large flat lawn and trampoline.
